Couscous Feast

Couscous is a traditional Berber dish of tiny granules of durum wheat. Prepared by steaming in a couscoussier, it is traditionally served with a meat or vegetable stew spooned over it. Our couscous is carefully cooked until light and fluffy in texture and is a perfect accompaniment to any meats and vegetables.
